Title : Java Developer - Senior
Location : San Deigo, CA
Duration : 12 months with potential for extension.
Job description:
· Expertise with the following: Java, J2EE etc
· Open source frameworks and tools such as - Spring boot, Spring cloud, JPA, Hibernate etc
· Working knowledge of implementing and using asynchronous processing frameworks and technologies like ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
· Experience in Jenkins & Maven
· Experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST or SOAP
· Experience in writing APIs with ability to write clear, consistent, simple to use interfaces
· Working knowledge of creating data ingestion architectures including streaming and batch processing
· Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL based solutions
· Working knowledge of writing good coverage unit testing
· Understanding of security using SSL protocols and data encryption
· Familiarity with containerized platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, Marathon etc
· Familiar with entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD processes
