Job Title: Java Developer/Architecture
Location: Burlington, NC
Duration: Long Term
Need: 50-50 Developer & Architecture/ Lead Experience
Required Skills:
1. 8+ years of Java/J2EE enterprise experience - candidates need to be able to provide Architecture, Design, and hands on development within the in Spring, Hibernate, RESTful web services, design patterns, data structures, etc. THIS POSITION WILL BE 50% HANDS ON DEVELOPMENT AND 50% ARCHITECTURE.
2. 5+ years of demonstrated skills within Design Pattern & Data-structure experience. Candidate needs to be able to take an idea and be able to build an application scratch utilizing design patterns and data structure specific examples and be able to explain the utilized technologies in depth.
3. Candidate needs to have an analytical and innovative mind/background since s/he will be involved with scrum meetings and will need to provide ideas/best practices or suggestions as this team is built out.
4. Previous Lead or mentoring experience is a plus.
