Mandatory Skills:
Must have technical skills :
- Java Development using Spring Framework on UNIX/LINUX
- Programming in a multi-threading environment
- Transaction management 2 phase commit
- Fault tolerant programming concepts
- Performance tuning java applications
- Experience using WebSphere
- Messaging middleware - specifically MQ, with Rabbit MQ a strong plus
- Strong UNIX background , preferably on RHEL
- WebSphere application servers
- DB2
Preferred Skills:
Nice to have skills :
- Database performance tuning a plus
- JavaScript/HTML a plus
- Domain Knowledge on Payments and/or card processing
- Familiarity with ISO 200022
- Domain experience with FedWire
- Knowledge of Digital signature processing
- Knowledge of LDAP
- Knowledge of JAVA Security API
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with years experience in WebSphere. Spring, Middleware .
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
