Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: ‎Richmond, Virginia

Duration : Long Term Contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

Mandatory:

    5+ Years of overall IT experience
    2+ Years of experience in managing and building End to End CICD pipelines.
    Basic unix/linux command usage
    AWS

Good to have

    Strong experience in Orchestration tools like Jenkins (preferable) or Bamboo - Mandatory
    Strong experience with databases such as Postgre, MySQL, and other Big Data related DBs like Cassandra, Mongo etc - Mandatory
    Knowledge in at least one of the scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, Java or Batch - Mandatory
    Experience in configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet or Ansible - Mandatory
    Good understanding of all stages of SDLC and suitable components used in each stage helping build the complete CI/CD pipeline – Mandatory
    Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration – Good to have
    Experience working in Agile set up is a plus

     Good communication skills and ability to articulate problem statement
