Duration: 10+ months of contract (With possibility of extension)

Anticipated travel to ISG in Urbandale, IA once a quarter. No driving anticipated. Contingent will be travelling in a company car operated by a Deere FTE.
A coding exercise will be conducted as part of the interview process.

As a Software Developer at John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG), you will design, build, and support software for machine telematics, including APIs and web applications.

JOB DUTIES:

Operate on a scrum team utilizing agile delivery processes
Collaborate across development teams and business stakeholders
Regularly provide input into the product development strategy and roadmaps

REQUIRED:

5 or more years of experience in Java and/or JavaScript application development (Junior level candidates will be considered at a lower bill rate)
Demonstrated understanding of test-driven development (TDD), acceptance testing, and continuous integration principles
Experience developing and supporting applications on AWS infrastructure
