Job Title: SailPoint Consultant

Location: San Jose ,CA

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Consultant with 7 10 years of experience to join our team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SailPoint Identity Governance solutions and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SailPoint applications to meet our business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of identity management processes and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Configure SailPoint applications to ensure optimal performance and compliance with security policies.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the integrity of the SailPoint implementation.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SailPoint related issues.
Develop and maintain documentation related to SailPoint configurations and processes.
Stay updated on SailPoint best practices and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration.
Proven experience in implementing and configuring SailPoint solutions.
In depth knowledge of identity management processes and best practices.
Experience with Java, BeanShell, and other relevant programming languages.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with other identity management tools and technologies.
Experience with cloud based identity solutions.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 -10 years of experience in identity management, with a focus on SailPoint.
Relevant certifications in SailPoint or identity management are a plus.
