Role: Data Quality with Data Governance (Purview) and Databricks
Location: King of Prussia, PA - Only Locals , NJ, DE, PA locals
Duration: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks using Microsoft Purview and Databricks.
• Establish and monitor data quality metrics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all data pipelines.
• Manage data lineage, metadata, and stewardship practices to improve transparency and traceability.
• Collaborate with data stewards, engineering, and business stakeholders to align governance policies with organizational goals.
• Integrate Purview with Databricks and other enterprise data management platforms for unified governance and visibility.
• Implement data quality engineering practices, including automated validation, profiling, and anomaly detection.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in Data Quality and Governance.
• Proven experience in Data Governance and Data Quality Engineering, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Purview and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of data management, metadata modeling, and data lineage tracking.
• Experience building and enforcing data quality frameworks within modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and enterprise compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
