Job Description :
· Minimum 3 years of environment support
· Minimum 3 years of experience with Kubernetes
· Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Dog and/or other similar type tools
· Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
· Must be very detail oriented and take pride in your work
· Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions to drive out issue root cause
· Background in the mobile customer care, ordering and billing platforms a plus
· Background in MSO/Cable a plus
