Duration: Long term contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oracle Time and Labor HCM Consultant

Work location: LAS VEGAS, NM / Remote

Job Summary:

• Understand customer requirements and business objectives of implementation project

• Support new technology implementation

• Contribute to provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals

• Execution of design sessions including fit-gap analysis

• Creating Functional Specifications for Technical Team

• Creating testing strategies, test scenarios, and test scripts

• Leading efforts contributing to the implementation/upgrade lifecycle

• Presenting best practices

• Creating current and future state process flow diagrams

• Performing risk analysis

• Effective liaison between the client team, Business Analyst and Technical Team

• Must have experience in integrations with OTL and 3rd party applications. Workday preferred or cloud applications.
