Job Details:
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of problems/incidents to debug and troubleshoot application issues
- Analyze ITSM activities of the platform and provide feedback to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide complete root cause analysis and recommend application code changes
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels and ability to work independently
- Should have the knowledge on the core java, spring frameworks, hibernate
- Should have the knowledge on the SQL and PL/SQL
- Should have the knowledge the Linux commands and able to understand the scripting language
- Should have the knowledge the Splunk, able to write a splunk queries and able to create a reports/dashboard
- Good to have experience on the Dynatrace tool and angular java script
