Job Details:
Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of problems/incidents to debug and troubleshoot application issues
  • Analyze ITSM activities of the platform and provide feedback to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide complete root cause analysis and recommend application code changes
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels and ability to work independently
Skills:
  • Should have the knowledge on the core java, spring frameworks, hibernate
  • Should have the knowledge on the SQL and PL/SQL
  • Should have the knowledge the Linux commands and able to understand the scripting language
  • Should have the knowledge the Splunk, able to write a splunk queries and able to create a reports/dashboard
  • Good to have experience on the Dynatrace tool and angular java script
